Questions shopkeepers ask
Does it work without internet?
The Android app does: you can make sales, see khata and record payments offline, and they sync when the internet is back. The phone should come online at least once every few days. The web app on a computer needs internet.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept apart from every other shop. Bills and payments are never deleted — they are voided, with a record of who did it. Sensitive screens can be locked with a PIN, and the phone app keeps its data encrypted and can be locked with your fingerprint.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. The owner can download items, customers and suppliers with balances, bills, payments and khata as CSV files (they open in Excel) at any time — even if the account is paused.
Is it in Urdu?
Yes. The whole app is in Urdu (right to left), English and Roman Urdu, and each person picks their own. Bills can be printed in English, Urdu or both.
Which printers work?
From a computer: 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers and normal A4 printers, through the browser. From the Android phone: Bluetooth printers through a print-service app such as RawBT. You can also share bills as a PDF on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Monthly or yearly, by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Send the transaction ID from the app and we activate your plan.
