Privacy policy
This page explains what Zevox POS keeps about you and your shop, and why.
What we keep
Your shop's details; the accounts of you and your staff (name and mobile number, with passwords and PINs stored only as secure hashes); the devices used to log in; and the records you enter — items, customers, suppliers, bills, payments, stock and cash book.
How we use it
Only to run the service for your shop: showing your books, printing, reminders, subscription and support. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
People you add to your shop, within the permissions you give them; Zevox support when you ask for help or when it is needed to keep the service running; and the hosting companies that store the data for us.
Keeping and deleting
Your records are kept while your account exists, and you can download them at any time. Contact us to close your account and ask about deleting your data.
