Getting started
- Sign up and set up your shopCreate your Zevox POS shop account with your email, confirm the 6-digit code, set your shop PIN and choose your language.
- Log in, fingerprint and more than one shopLog in to Zevox POS with your mobile number or email, use fingerprint or a passkey, approve new devices and pick a shop if you work in more than one.
- The Android phone appInstall the Zevox POS Android app, learn its tabs, keep it updated and use it with or without internet.
Items & stock
- Items, units and ratesAdd items with units like pcs, kg, dozen and carton, set retail and wholesale rates, quantity rates, minimum rates and barcodes.
- Stock: low-stock alerts, adjust and transferSee your stock, get low-stock alerts, fix stock for damage, expiry, loss or a count, and move stock between shop and godown.
- Import items and customers from Excel (CSV)Bring in many items, or customers and suppliers with their old balances, at once from an Excel or Google Sheets file saved as CSV.
Selling
- Make a sale: cash, udhar or partialMake a bill in Zevox POS: add items, choose the customer, give a discount, add delivery charges and take cash, udhar or part payment.
- Print and share bills (PDF, WhatsApp)Print Zevox POS bills on 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers or A4, and send bills as PDF or on WhatsApp from the computer or the phone.
- Returns, editing and cancelling billsTake back goods with a sale return, correct a wrong bill with Edit, or cancel a bill in Zevox POS — stock, khata and cash are fixed by themselves.
- Quotations and sale ordersGive a customer a price quotation or book a sale order in Zevox POS, then turn it into a sale bill with one tap.
- Selling without internet (phone app)Use the Zevox POS Android app without internet: make sales and receive payments offline, and see how unsent bills sync when you are back online.
Khata: customers & suppliers
- Customers and suppliers (khata)Add customers and suppliers in Zevox POS with their old udhar, credit limit, rate list and special rates, and correct a balance when needed.
- Receive payments, pay suppliers and chequesRecord vasooli from customers, pay suppliers in cash, bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or by cheque, and track cheques until they clear or bounce.
- WhatsApp reminders and khata statementsSend udhar reminders on WhatsApp and share a customer's khata statement as PDF or Excel (CSV) from Zevox POS.

- ExpensesRecord shop expenses like rent, electricity, transport and tea in Zevox POS, by category, so your net profit is right.
