Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Zevox POS.
The service
Zevox POS is software for keeping your shop's sales, khata, stock and accounts. You are responsible for the entries you and your staff make.
Your account
Keep your password and PIN private. The shop owner decides which staff and devices can use the shop.
Payment
Plans are paid monthly or yearly. If a payment is late the account may become read-only and later blocked; the owner can still download the shop's data.
Your data
The records you enter belong to your shop. You can export them at any time.
Limits
We work to keep the service running and correct, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own exports as a backup.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
