Reports: sales, profit, udhar and more
Reports show how the shop is doing. Open Reports (phone: More → Reports), choose the dates at the top and pick a tab.
The report tabs
- Sales — net sales, grouped by day, item, customer or salesman.
- Profit — sales, cost of goods, gross profit, expenses, stock loss and day-close shortage, and the net profit. Locked with your PIN.
- Purchases — purchase bills and returns to suppliers, by supplier or item.
- Damage & loss — stock removed for damage, expiry or loss, at cost.
- Udhar (receivable) — who owes you and for how long: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days, with a Remind button.
- Dena (payable) — what you owe each supplier.
- Khali crates — empties with customers (only if empties are switched on).
Tips
- The udhar and dena reports are always “as of today” — the dates don't change them.
- Today's sale, today's profit and cash in hand are also on the dashboard (phone: Home).

On the computer (website)

On the phone app

Common problems
- “You don't have access to reports”
- What to do: Your role doesn't include reports. Ask the owner.
- Profit looks wrong
- What to do: Check the items' cost and that purchases were entered. Profit uses the average cost of what you sold.
- Reports don't open on the phone
- What to do: Reports need the internet.
