Subscription: trial, plans and renewing
A new shop starts with a free trial. After that you pay monthly or yearly. Plans differ in how many users, devices and locations you get, and in a few extras (sale orders, more locations, no “Powered by Zevox” on bills).
See your plan
Open Settings → Subscription. It shows Your plan, the days left and your limits. During the trial, the menu shows “Trial — … days left”.
Pay and send the payment proof
- In Settings → Subscription, tap Renew / pay.
- Send the money to the account shown under Send the payment to, by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
- Fill in Paid by, the months, Amount paid (Rs) and the Transaction ID / reference (the TID from the SMS or the bank slip number).
- Add a Screenshot of the payment if you have one.
- Tap Send payment details.
Tips
- Only the shop owner can send a subscription payment.
- The payment shows “waiting for Zevox” until it is confirmed — then your paid-until date moves forward.
- Want a different plan? Pay for the new plan and write it in the note, e.g. “Please move us to the Business plan”.
When the subscription ends
- A week before the end, a banner reminds you to renew.
- After the end date there are a few days of grace: everything works, with a warning.
- After the grace days the shop becomes read-only: you can see and export all your data, but can't make new bills or entries until you renew.
- Nothing is deleted. Renew, and you continue where you left off.
If the shop is blocked
If Zevox blocks a shop's account (for example, in a payment dispute), sales, khata and reports are switched off. Your data is still safe: the owner can download it as Excel / CSV from the blocked screen. Contact Zevox support to sort it out.
Common problems
- My payment still says “waiting for Zevox”
- What to do: Zevox checks payments by hand. If it takes long, message support with the transaction ID.
- The payment was rejected
- What to do: Check the amount and transaction ID, then send the details again or contact support.
